*For international shipments to outside of the U.S.A., shipping costs for each country will be different. The checkout page will have shipping charge and option for the postal service, however that will not be the actual service (or price) we'll use since the postal method is too slow.

03/01/23: Cheaper international shipping now available via Fedex! Previously, a typical order costs $40-80 to ship to most countries with UPS, now the price is $20-40 with the same reliable speed of 1 week or less excluding customs delay. Shipping to Canada remains unchanged, a bit less than $20. Shipping to Mexico is now a bit less than $20.

Quality Prep TLC Plates-Classic Glass Preparative TLC PLC Plates Silica Gel 60 F254 1 mm Layer Thickness

I bought these Prep TLC plates to separate 3 similar compounds. The compounds, in many solvent mixtures, were nearly impossible to separate. However, one solvent mixture managed to separate them sufficiently using an analytical TLC plate from Sigma Aldrich. The Prep TLC plates from AAdvanced Instruments provided comparable resolution when compared to the plates from Sigma and allowed for the isolation of the desired compound. I am impressed by the Prep Plates and will likely make a future purchase. My only complaint is that some of the plates were chipped along the edges and contained some imperfections in the silica layer. They did not effect my purposes, though. Overall, I am very pleased.
